Witness and CCTV Appeal

Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses following reports of begging and associated anti-social behaviour at Ambassador Avenue Retail Park, Oxford. 

Officers are investigating an incident which occurred at the retail park on 23/10/2026 at approximately 15:21hrs and are keen to speak with anyone who may have witnessed the activity or who may have relevant information.

Were you in the area at the time? Did you see anyone begging, approaching members of the public for money, or behaving suspiciously? Do you have any CCTV, dashcam, or mobile phone footage that may assist our enquiries?
